As leaders, we have a responsibility to stay informed and constantly improve our leadership skills.
I have started this blog with the goal to improve my own skills while exploring the good, the bad and the ugly of the much-explored field of leadership – how we are trained, how we develop and how we master ourselves in this leadership role that we’ve been given.
